Production Timeline and Shipping
A Couture order moves through two distinct windows: production time at the atelier in Israel, and transit time to the buyer's address. The total elapsed time from order to delivery is the sum of the two. This page covers the working windows for each.
If the order is tied to a specific date (a holiday, a Bar Mitzvah, a wedding), order three weeks ahead at minimum. For embroidered pieces in long-transit regions, order four weeks ahead.
Production windows
T-shirts and caps. 3-5 working days. Standard $90 cottons and Spring $120 cottons sit at this window. Caps similar.
Hoodies. 5-8 working days. The embroidered Hamsa hoodies and Letterform hoodies run at this window because embroidery is hand-stitched on heavyweight cotton.
Denim jackets and denim shirts. 7-12 working days. The denim base requires longer needle-time for embroidery and additional finish steps after the composition is complete.
Transit windows by destination
Israel. 1-3 working days. Domestic courier.
United States. 5-8 working days. International express courier.
United Kingdom and EU. 4-7 working days. International express courier.
Canada, Australia, New Zealand. 7-12 working days.
Other regions. Quoted at checkout or via the concierge. Transit windows vary based on courier service and local customs processing.
Customs and duties
Pieces shipped outside Israel may attract customs duties or import VAT depending on the destination country. The buyer is responsible for any duties charged at the border. The atelier ships with all required customs documentation. Most United States and EU orders under typical declared values clear without duties. Higher-value pieces (denim jackets, multi-piece orders) may incur charges. The concierge can advise based on destination if certainty is needed before placing the order.
Holiday delivery deadlines
For first-night Hanukkah delivery to the US, order three weeks before the holiday begins. For Passover seder delivery, order four weeks ahead. For Rosh Hashanah, order three weeks ahead. The concierge can confirm specific cutoff dates each year.
