1. Order Processing Time

All products are made to order. Production begins after confirmed payment. 

Each item is produced individually. Please allow up to 21 business days from the order date to delivery. This total timeframe includes production, processing, and transit.

Orders are typically entered into production and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are considered received on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, timelines may be extended slightly.

2. Shipping Origin

We ship all products internationally from our main warehouse in Europe.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. You will be able to view the total shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Our delivery estimates are calculated from the time your package is shipped, not from the time the order is placed.

  • For the USA: Delivery is estimated to be approximately 15 business days after the order has been produced and shipped. This estimate applies to finished goods in transit and does not include production time.

  • Other International Destinations: Delivery times will vary based on the country and local customs procedures. A more precise estimate will be provided upon tracking your order.

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may be subject to delays due to customs processing, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package with the designated shipping carrier.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For all international orders, including those to the United States, the customer is responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, and fees that may be applied by the destination country's customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We recommend retaining all packaging materials and a clear photo of the damage.
