How to Order From Couture
A Couture order is not a fast-fashion transaction. Pieces are made to order in Israel and dispatched once production is complete. The window from order to dispatch is seven to fourteen days, longer for heavily embroidered pieces. This page covers what happens at each step and when to expect the parcel.
If the order is time-sensitive (Hanukkah delivery, a Bar Mitzvah on a fixed date, an aliyah send-off), order at least three weeks ahead and contact the concierge to confirm timeline.
Step 1: choose the piece
Use the symbol guides and the catalogue to identify the right piece. T-shirt versus hoodie versus denim. Symbol selection. Colourway. Size based on the sizing guide. The product page lists the current available colourways and sizes for each piece. If a specific combination is not visible, the concierge can confirm whether it is in current production.
Step 2: place the order
Add to cart, proceed to checkout. Enter shipping address. Pay via the standard checkout methods (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). You will receive an order confirmation by email within minutes.
Step 3: production
The atelier in Israel begins production. T-shirts and caps print or are pulled from current-batch stock and finished within three to five working days. Hoodies and denim pieces are embroidered to order. Embroidered production runs five to ten working days from order to ready-to-ship.
Step 4: dispatch and delivery
Once production is complete the piece ships from Israel via international courier. You will receive a shipment notification with tracking. Transit times vary by region.
Typical transit windows: United States 5-8 working days. Israel 1-3 working days. United Kingdom 4-7 working days. EU 4-7 working days. Other regions on request through the concierge.
