How Couture handles sizing decisions and what happens if the piece needs to come back.

Couture pieces are made to order in Israel. The sizing conventions and the return policy reflect this. The piece is not a stock-warehouse SKU that can be exchanged from a domestic returns centre. This page covers how to size correctly the first time, and what the process looks like if a return is genuinely needed.

The Couture size charts

Open the chart that matches the garment category and gender. The charts are the source of truth and match the atelier's measurement system in Israel.

Sizing guidance by category

T-shirts. Standard $90 pieces run trim. Order true size for tailored, one up for oversized streetwear. Spring $120 pieces run slightly looser and read more structured. Order true size.

Hoodies. Heavyweight cut, designed for streetwear-relaxed fit. Order true size for designed silhouette, one down for slimmer fit.

Denim jackets. Tailored cut, structured shoulders. Order true size based on chest measurement.

Caps. Adjustable. One size fits most.

If the sizing is wrong

Contact the concierge within 14 days of receipt. Unworn, unwashed pieces in their original packaging are eligible for size exchange. The buyer ships the piece back to the atelier and the replacement size is produced and dispatched.

Exchange processing time is identical to a new order (seven to fourteen working days from receipt of the returned piece). Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the original order had a sizing error on the atelier's part.

If the piece arrives damaged

Photograph the damage and contact the concierge within 7 days. The atelier produces a replacement at no additional cost and arranges return shipping for the damaged piece if needed. Damage in transit is rare but the atelier handles each case directly.

If you change your mind

Couture pieces are made to order. A simple change of mind after the piece has been produced cannot be reversed without cost. If the order has not yet entered production (typically within 24 hours of placement) the order can be cancelled or modified through the concierge. After production has started, the piece belongs to the buyer.
