Caps
A cap should sit securely without pressure at the forehead or temples. Measure before selecting a size; familiar labels such as Small or Large can vary between makers.

How to measure your head
- Use a soft measuring tape and keep it level around the head.
- Place it approximately 1 cm above the eyebrows and just above the ears.
- Measure where the cap will naturally sit. Keep the tape close, but do not pull it tight.
- Record the measurement in centimetres and compare it with the chart above.
If you are between sizes
Choose according to how you prefer the cap to sit. The smaller size gives a closer fit; the larger size allows a little more ease. Hair volume and where you wear the cap can also change the measurement.
