Revised Return & Refund Policy for David Roytman Couture

 

Introduction:

At David Roytman Couture, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you with returns and refunds, in accordance with international e-commerce standards and EU consumer protection laws.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice).

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards or downloadable software

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”


2. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos (if the product is defective or incorrect).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • The refund will include the price of the returned item(s) and the cost of the standard shipping fee from your original order. If you opted for express or premium shipping, only the cost of the standard shipping will be refunded.

  • Import duties, if any, are non-refundable.

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund once the issue is confirmed.


8. International Orders

International customers (including U.S.) are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any customs or import duties when sending items back

Please allow approximately 15 business days for delivery to the United States. 

All orders are produced and shipped from our European workshop.
